Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the items in their original branded pouches or boxes and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
